    Looks like Aquilegia to me as well. We used to have 6,000 of them in our garden until the new blight got them :cry3:

    Looks a bit like Radermachera sinica, if it is, its usually grown as a house plant in the UK, but is actually a nice big tree in warmer climates. It can go outside in summer but needs frost...

    I've had a look at my moms and it does look the same, that's a Sedum Spurium Coccinea. Hope that helps :)
