    Plant Identification needed

:)Tis a shame, but I had one plant in my garden once, next year there were hundreds, they've got edible explosive seed pods, they pop in the heat of your mouth when you eat them.

Hi, would anyone know what this fern/bush is and why it has taken over our front garden?

If you do not want to kill the grass then use a Lawn Weedkiller. Verdone do a good one and it does work on Tree suckers.
