I immediately thought the first looked like Basil ... and it could possibly be ... Could the second be a Chamomile of some sort? There are very strange ones.

The leaves are wrong for marguerites. Also I'm fairly sure marguerites flowers have a lot more petals. 99% sure its Coreopsis

Lovely thing, Tyke, I'd like one of those. Wonder how true they come from seed? I love the way all those square stem things root up so easily.

There are way too many varieties of Rhododendron/Azaleas to try and hazard a guess. Even if you provided a photo of the flowers it would be hard to do. Just post pics for us to enjoy when she comes into bloom again

Taste is a bit insipid though.
