You have not given us much to go on. A photo of the flower and leaves etc would help.

Yes that is a Ribes then. I can't quite make out if its Ribes sanguineum , the flowering currant or a soft fruit ribes. First choice would be the sanguineum, which would recently have finished flowering with red racemes.
