    I have got a blackcurrant about 10ft away but it's not prickly. Definitely not the same. I don't really know why I've still got it, we dont really eat them and neither does anything else. :biggrin:

    Are these Hosta seedlings?

    I can't really tell as we now grow all ours by splitting them but from memory (not so good nowadays) I don't remember a single leaf stage :scratch:. Otherwise they do look somewhat like Hostas.
