I can't say on the shrub but I agree with the Argyranthemum ( Marguerite ) as I have them in my garden.

Hi Simbad I have just googled it and it could be that one; although there seems to be several variations under the same name.I found one picture that looks very similar but others had large single petals round the 'double' bit and yellow centres as opposed to the whitish coloured one?

Dai, when do Marigolds normally flower? I grew some from seed in March (I think it was March) and they're about 10"+ tall but no sign of buds or anything..
