    Things in my garden

I was an ex city dweller now living by the sea side, so these coastal plants are all new to me.

    Succulent ID

I had thought they were Echeverias (I have a lovely clump of Perle von Nurnberg with the silvery lilac sheen) .... but then I have always got these two succulents confused. :dh:

A couple of oddities here ....

It doesn't sound like a "sport" to me, that tends to be one or two flowers on an otherwise normal plant. Is it possible that the clump was mixed and the blue ones have died out?
