    Solved Could someone please identify this weed for me?

    It could be, but that is not a weed. It has to have been planted at some time. Not grown it for many years, but when we did, it never self seeded for us.

    I have looked at both of these and I think it is medicago lupulina!! The flowers on mine are not such a bright yellow but everything else seems to fit.
