    Fungus on Peach Tree Bark

    Well they say it aint doomed.;) All I know is mine succumbed in a matter of a couple of years after those brackets appeared.So dont get rid of it, just see how it goes, peach trees get all kinds...

I thought maybe a yucca but leaves are smooth and floppy mostly, there is also a ‘limp’ yucca which has a hoppy smell to it when cut open but these don’t. I’ll have to play the waiting game.     Hi @NigelJ The reason I asked is because the flowers do look very similar but leaves alone can say a lot about a plant :)

    @pete, Our friend even brought a photo on his phone as he as a couple of large red ones and they looked the same...I do admit to cutting the tags off as I find they look untidy :)

    I haven't a clue what the name is, but I saw one last year it is a wild flower that I saw on a floodplane it looks good in the photo but it is much nicer than a photo when you see the real plant
