That's something we have heard often enough up there - if you go to a beach with anyone else on it, just go to the next. That way you could have your private beach. And what's more - Tiree has an airfield, so you could even fly there

The first one is a tuberous begonia, CROF, but the second, well it's difficult to say until it flowers! It could be a wallflower or something else in the cruciferae family.

Thanks peeps, been looking on t'internet for ages but couldn't find anything. Just looked at RHS site and they reckon it's best in loam or sand so I'm surprised it's growing in the garden it being clay

Its ideal for what I want Palustris, it can spread were it wants on the gravel area it will make nice ground cover .
