Peter, can't say your Bougainvillea will not grow quickly there .. I hope you get somewhere ... I find it almost 'disturbing' here how long it takes for some of them to 'find their feet' ... I don't watch much TV as my lifestyle doesn't allow it ..

Lovely pictures CathyLand. One thing I have learned is that you can grow virtually anything in a pot - as long as it is big enough. Even full sized trees.

thats the 1 what a stunning bird ,a lot of decication needed to have such beautiful birds,the specialist nursery we use has a huge aviary they`ve just about finished doubling the size probably finished now we last visited on friday (120mile round trip) they have beautiful birds but not like...

They all had labels on them. Still working on the East Cheshire show pictures.

I would be very happy with pictures like that..nicely exposed on the aircraft and not on the sky.

There's lots of cherry plums growing in the hedgerows near me that have various coloured fruits on in (ranging from yellow to dark red/purple) in late July/early August, and also a few of the 'copper' leafed ones that have been left to grow into trees and I've only seen the darker red fruits on...
