Many thanks to all who welcomed me. At least with reefkeeping I knew what I was about so I could look after myself. However with gardening..........Expect stupid questions I've just put up a greenhouse so most of my time will be spent on that forum.Thanks again.

Hi Linda Im Robert and have been around here for awhile. I wish you well in your return to 100% up n go. I am also struggling with the stamina issue at the moment and Its not easy to get back to where we would like to be. Easy does it with the sun on our backs is whats required. robert
