Thankyou all for your comments. I can start driving again tomorrow but not cycling until a week Thursday. When I had a hip replacement in 1999 it was the other way round, not allowed to drive for 7 weeks but was back on my bike in 25 days. Since then I have cycled over 30,000 miles.

Makes me sad to read posts like this and makes me realise how lucky I am to be as I am at this time and I pray that continues. Belive me when I say If I lived near to you I would construct you some raised beds at the fraction of the commercial costs. I only ask for buckets of coffee and cart...

Tell Virgin you're leaving them and they'll probably offer you a stupidly cheap deal. That's what they did with me, I'm now paying £10 a month for 2mb broadband, phone with free weekend + evening calls and the basic TV package. :gnthb:

Half timbering is tudor. You mention Gatwick airport, but after Gatwick was built, the borders of (West) Sussex were altered to take in the new airport and it's surrounding countryside. East Sussex also borders Kent, but I don't know that county so well. It could be any number of villages...

Thank you all, I have discovered something else which helps with the pain, hydrotherapy. It's fabulous i've only just started it but when I have had a session I am completely pain free!It's so good i'm tempted to save up and have my husband install a warm spa into the garden :hehe:I think...
