just some homemade bread toasted, butter and jam. coffee of course. will stop by later at a cute country kitchen and have fried chicken and mac and cheese for lunch. Its my errand shopping day.

I never really differentiated between pets and people going over the rainbow bridge. I always liked the thought of them all going and meeting again on the other side. But that's maybe just my naive, wishful thinking Let me edit this to make it clearer

I had a camera down the throat and it's not too bad, the nurses have seen it all and are very kind and good. I had one that went up my nose and into my lung, now that was unpleasant when compared. Also had one other end and I felt invaded.

@clueless1 if you happen to know anyone originally from the West Indies, they should be able to tell you where to buy it. Its used a lot in some of the typical food of that area.Otherwise its easy enough to make using rapeseed oil.
