    Hi Harry, I've used a tens-machine and its more about blocking the pain signals than healing and you need to be careful not to overdo it on your knee whilst wearing it.Take a look at the link...

    I didn't earn anything from the match and more card and so stopped using it. Was yet another card to remember to use, along with my nectar, advantage, clubcard etc etc.
