We dragged myself to the nearest Plumb Centre (somewhere in the netherworld of a localish town) and got exactly the part I needed, chap there did say they are a bit of rarity so lucky I got one. Plumbing now sorted (till the next time ).Cheers All GG

Phil was really sad to hear this news, he's read all his books. His type of writing wasn't my thing, really, but very sad that he was stricken with this awful condition so young. I think he was only 67 or so when he passed? I don't think they have said why he passed so quickly, or did I miss that?

I know this is probably stating the obvious but do you have paper copies of all company policies updated to the correct version. Helps you check they cannot trip you up. Friend of mind had a similar instance and came a little unstuck as she had been working from copies of company documents 6...
