I don't think I am a prude either but was not impressed when competing in an archery tournament in Heidelburg Germany.. It was up in the 100s each day of the tournament so showers were a must at the end of the day.... I was not impressed when I found they were just huge communal shower rooms.....

I have a repeat prescription for codeine for my neck which works well. I try to lay off it as much as possible though. I suffer pretty bad lower back pain as a result of my neck and find that laying on the floor with my feet on the sofa helps. Biggest difference is having a good mattress though.

Got an email from 'ebay' this morning asking me to change my password (already changed) and sent to an email address that I have never used for ebay, so watch out and always go directly to their website whoever the mail appears to be from.
