We had some thing like that in our village a couple of years back ,but they dident know (not sure why) that the locals seem to manage to with draw all the cash by Sunday and the villans piked sunday night/monday morn and got zero as it was empty

What we could really do with is some panels that absorb the sun light then reflect back to us when we need it. But then I'm sure we would have sunshine tax
