Move it to a concrete or like area.. Soak it really well for about 10 mins with the hose trickling down it so the water soaks into the wood....Meanwhile mix uo a concentrated solution of household bleach & a tiny squirt of washing up liquid & just enough water to dip your scrubbing brush...

And an area for your sweet dog to roam.
