You cant see from the photo but on the bottom base looking from outside in, there is another number written in pencil...FV500664 AVL so im wondering if its been recycled at some point or the metal base has

ha ha the hole/ connector/socket is for anything (I don't smoke so no lighter just the hole ) and the copper contact looked miles away from the (neutral) side..but on closer inspection they are very close so it is quite easy to create a full short. The socket is located in a very handy place...
