Not getting this particular problem but something similar happens when quoting a post. Often it takes a while for the quote to populate the Reply box and sometimes it doesn't happen at all.

Yes, I have bought another BT Studio 3500 Answer machine Gemini. I have been very pleased with it's performance the 4 years I have had it so if this one lasts another 4 years it will be ok. Can't expect a top notch item for £24 but it's suitable for our needs. Might even last 15 years like yours
