@Vince Sorry to hear about the heart scare and I hope you can get the right treatment/medication to allow you to resume some form of normality.

Although I'm not disputing any scientific tests (if there are any that have been tried) there is still the Placebo Effect. Apparently, when placebos are given as part of a trial there seems to be an efficacy rate of between 30%-60%. Not to be sneezed at!
