Just checked with our local Johnstones trade outlet for one of their Trade Covaplus Emulsions in 5 and 10ltr and was quoted £30 and £45, but annoyingly can buy the same online from three places for £25 and £36, free delivery with an Amazon seller.

We have the same problem over here. Particularly Toronto. They have lots of shelters where the homeless can sleep in a warm place but unfortunately many choose not to go there.We used to use cheapie hotels for them but now they are filled with illegal immigrants and refugees.It is sad.
