Kandy, the entire plant is poisonous including the seeds. I wouldn't advise anyone to touch it, never mind collecting seeds without hand and arm protection.Here is the Wiki explanation of its toxicity.

I watched it on Saturday, good stuff. I only watch it to laugh at the really bad/funny people! We have 6 weeks of auditions this time, so lots of chances! After that I don't really pay much attention to it anymore because it loses a lot of the comedy factor.
