Your right taxing food isnt ideal but something needs done. Reducing sugar in drinks,reducing fried chicken shops,making chocolate bars chocolate again instead of being mostly sugar would be a start. Maybe fruit n veg should be sold at cost price and the retailer makes the money up on readymeals...
