Hi Mum Only just seen this thread, I hope Ozzy is right as rain now. I suspect the DT vet has a 'glass half empty' approach due to the amount of negative experiences they have to deal with. It might seem too much to hope to them that a rescue dog could re-homed successfully Such a shame but...

I live in the middle of thousands of orange trees so for the 'most part' everything is heaven ... but you go through a slight period of 'rotting oranges' and it is not pleasant at all! I agree that in general keeping the house clean and fresh is enough and luckily I am able to keep windows...

In a similar vane but not the happiest moment for the wife, Winnie our Labrador gave me a rude awakening this morning. She had eaten the lovely cherry cake the wife had baked yesterday for today's tea and is now slowly digesting the evidence.
