Awww a big,big thankyou to you all for your kind words ,they mean alot to me. I rehomed Jake when he was 3 yrs old ,that was on my son's sixteenth birthday .He'd had a couple of homes before & had obviously been mistreat ,it took time for him to trust again. He was a hero xx :luv:

In Eastern Europe carp have always been a favourite fish, not just with the peasants. I remember, back in the 1950's, that the local fishmonger in London used to get carp in for the Polish families near us. These were families of the Polish pilots that fought with us in the war. :thumb:
