They really were midges or gnats, whichever you want to call them, caught in the flash on a fine setting. Playing around. :D

I've heard that leopards have this very strange habit of sucking your brains out through your ear. This photo proves it :D :D A disturbing photo. I really wouldn't want to be the one underneath, but I will have to give it a vote. Nik
