Sorting out my seeds for this year I found a packet with a note attached of a tel conv with T&M in May of last year promising to send replacement seeds. I'm still waiting for them.

Of all the couriers I have used . Hermes is the best. Could it be because our driver is a Woman? if she gets no reply she has the nouse to put parcels in the shed with out being told, those ones that don't need a signature.

FWIW many of the seeds I buy are in packets of "enough seeds to grow some plants" (rather than a crop!) and assuming they aren't incredibly rare then the packet price is £1.50-ish regardless. I buy lots of seeds with 5 or 10 seeds (packet price stays the same), and very few non-standard things...

To add insult to injury one was snapped off at the base, had already had a telephone conversation, and, sent a very strongly worded email.

Van Meuwen has refunded the cost of my two diseased trees plus the one they failed to send. my summer bulbs miraculously turned up the next day. hurrah . To replace my Van Meuwen order I ordered three replacement fruit trees from gardens4you on the Thursday before bank holiday and they turned up...

I use a mixture of suppliers, but I do like Simply Seed, good delivery and very reasonable prices I think.GG

Premier also sell on Amazon, but P&P is 80p there, rather than 49p on ebay, but still cheaper than T&M's £1.95. And although T&M have P&P free promotions, they now do this by means of a code which can't be used in conjunction with other offer codes, so the good old days of getting promotional...
