Old rambling rose advice needed
Invaluable advice, thank you. I also have a very old rambling rose, which attacks me if I get anywhere close, I will make a determined effort to cut it well down.Protective gloves at the ready.

Rose bush dying?
The advice given was to soak your rose, not just "water" it. What do you mean by "water heavily"?

Help! I've murdered my rosa glauca with a strimmer.
I'm pleased to hear the old bloke focused on in-transit moisture rather than natural fertiliser.

Which rose bushes have the strongest scents, & which online stores are the best places to buy roses?
Thanks, I’ll do that. Not sure where I’m going to plant them yet. Would be nice to have them not too far from the house, so I can pop out and sniff them!

Is this a Rosa multifora? And what do I do?
Yes you can cut it back as much or as little as you want.. I would take out all the dead stuff and cut the lot right back to about 1 foot.
