I told em it wasn't a good idea to have a donation box made out of Sapient Pearwood.

I use IE, Chrome and Firefox (depending on my mood and the mood of my computer) and have never had such a problem.

You can of course look out for us on Twitter also for updates, we are on there as 'GC_Forum'. Obviously, being twitter, we are only allowed 160 charactersfor each tweet, but it is something else to help let you know the status of the board.

To be honest FB, this forum has been running on this basis with changes as & when needed very successfully for a number of years now.. The idea for this forum is a helpful gardening community who all like to help each other out where possible, but that runs itself with guideance & input from...

I haven't put mine away yet Jiffy - getting my head around all this I think they will be out permanently - still they do say a challenge is good therapy.

I think we all agree that GC Moderates the forum extremely well so I don't think we have any problem at all. Anyone on here that posts very derogatory remarks is dealt with, normally, extremely quickly. Not only do the Mods keep a close eye on things but many of the members do so as well.

I'd put up with any amount of Faff if the thing was accurate ... I recorded their predicted Hi-Lo range for Max / Min temperatures over last (2011/2012) winter. They were hopeless - in any sense where they could be used to decide to take an action. I expect something with a Hi-Lo range to be...

Suggestion #1: Should ADMIN set up some Chatrooms in the "Lobby" - or is that something that individuals do? I've never used it, and I know that there was a chat facilty before the upgrade so maybe the Lobby Rooms pre-existed and others have already used it, so I don't know if my Lobby list is...

Fireofx is 19.02. Windows 7 and Ad-block is latest version. For anyone else who has this problem the answer (thanks to Grandson) is to go to the Adblock site and follow the instructions on there for just this problem.
