    About 30 mins to chill it in the fridge (I never bottle wine that isn't ready to drink as it matures better in bulk, so it's left in demijohns to mature).

    Started the new chemistry set :)

    I use Milton sterilising tablets. I half fill my brewing bucket and everything I'm going to use goes in there. I have on occasions forgotten and all has been ok!
