Need something for around base of Birch tree
little wood anemones would be lovely and should do well there. A wee creeping plant called Pratia would cover the ground too.

Small tree/shrub suggestion needed please.
A BAY tree...when I left Cambrige last year I left a Bay tree the height of the house..and I had grown it from a cutting! 30 years ago mind.

It is in quite an exposed position which could be the problem and its not had any blossom buds either. It seems healthy otherwise. Its maybe just in the wrong place! many thanks
