    Hi, K-G. I've got a dwarf apple, in the pictures the fruit are growing right on the trunk. My tree is throwing out long leaders from the side. Do you know if you have to shorten theses to the trunk?

They didn't cause any problems and the building is derelict anyway, so I think I'll risk it
