                      the restaurant we are going to, goes back years with me. Used to meet up with friends at the bar area in my early 30's. A lovely historic type wood bar. And safe for the single women. Did not live far from it at that time. The food/service all these years have never failed.

                          We would normally go out for dinner on a Sunday night if we're not doing anything else but I don't like busy and noisy restaurants. So we decided to stay in tomorrow.

                          That's how it started off. :noidea:

                          Then we decided that we'd invite a few people round for dinner. So that's what's happening and I'm cooking. :phew: They're due round here at 6 p.m.

                          This afternoon we got an email from some friends from New Zealand. Apparently, they've come over here because she has been offered a very good job and they've just moved into a house 30 miles away, and asked if they could pop in - with their three little kids.

                          So I've invited them for lunch! :hate-shocked:

                          Guess who's going to be busy on Valentine's Day! :doh:

                              Well @shiney will be an interesting day for you. The restaurant we will be in is not noisy, and they don't miss a beat no matter how busy they are. We go there for Thanksgiving and its booked but service is perfect, and so is the food. We go when not busy, and just the same. So at my time at 4PM know that I am being "served" my favorite cocktail.
