      I hate it Lori.

Tomorrow I'll get up at my normal time 7-30, only it will be 8-30 so I've lost an hour there. And when I come back home from my moms at 8pm my body clock will be telling me it's 9 pm so I'll be too tired to do owt.

It's the same in the Autumn when the clocks go back. They say you get an extra hour in bed but if you're like me you don't you just get up at 6-30 instead of 7-30 because your bodies telling you it's wake up time and it needs medication.

My body takes maybe 24 hours to adjust. Less time than dealing with a hangover in the old days after a party. I live by @ARMANDII sundial :)

            Sunup, moonshine.

Ageism.... I thought Ena Sharples would have straightened you out about feisty old broads. She would have had her hairnet in place by the clock :)

To be fair, I go with the flow. Unless I get no sleep. Then I'm itchty no matter what the clock indicates. I have never been able to nap. :(

Lots of shops are closed today its Easter Sunday.
UK law dictates that shops larger than 280 square metres – the ones that are subject to the six-hour trading limit on Sunday – must close on Easter Sunday in England and Wales. Smaller shops, and all stores in Scotland, have no restrictions on opening hours.
Now garden centres have strange rules for Easter Sunday , I think they can sell some things and not others . Our local GC moves the till outside the main retail area for some reason , to keep trading .

Don't worry @Fern4 I deliberately didn't bother until this morning.
When I was younger, I'd been convinced that, as the clocks change at 2am, you had to wait until then to make the changes. I lost a lot of sleep for a while (I dislike brothers!). :heehee:

Most devices adjust the hour automatically , spring and autumn . Just needed to adjust my watch and the wall clock today .
