Last Courgette from 2015

Only 1 left, I think this is the longest I've ever had them last. The variety is Black Forest climbing courgette from T&M http://www.thompson-morgan.com/vege...-seeds/courgette-black-forest-f1-hybrid/783TM Some of the last courgettes were left on the plants to grow big with hard skins for better keeping.

We sent a Butternut squash off with our daughter to uni in September 2014, she still hadn't used it when she returned in May the following year, and we finally ate it in June 2015 when it was almost 1 year old.

And some people complain about shops not having use by dates on their veg. because they don't know when to throw them away. When packed veg. gets past it's UBD/BBD, our local Morrisons, rather than reduce them, simply tear the packets open and add them to their loose veg.
