We do have buildings insurance. In the 'cough' years that I've owned property - none have been broken into. The tea leaves take a look through the window and go elsewhere. Same with my car - it runs just as well without insurance - I just avoid accidents :rasp: - so don't need any...Constable....
I hope that's just humour Over the years I've dealt with cases of people having their cars, or themselves, being hit by uninsured drivers. The results have been costly and difficult for the innocent parties and very costly and disastrous for the guilty. For the guilty, from loss of all their savings, through attachment of earnings, to break up of marriages to jail!
