          We went to Madeira for the Carnival in February. I haven't had time to post up pictures of it but here are a few. We were lucky to be able to go to where they get ready for the Carnival (1,500 of them performing) and could chat to them as they got ready. It was a fantastic atmosphere :dbgrtmb:

              We have been to Skiathos twice a delightful Greek Island . I think you land there for Skopelos, 3 miles away. Note you must sing a song from Mama Mia every morning in Skopelos :biggrin:

                  Yes, fly to Skiathos and then ferry to Skopelos. We have been there before ( 8 years ago ) and did the climb up the steps to the monastry - no singing though :loll:
