Garden pond number 2

    Hi ive decided to make another pond i have a bit of space that's been used as a rubbish dump for the last few years and just started clearing it,

    I am always on the look out for cheap stuff for my projects and just bought this liner and underlay brand new never used from Gumtree for £25 :)

      Are you going fishy pond or trendy wildlife pond?

      My gumtree never has anythihg interesting on it :wallbanging:

        A bit of both i guess, i will have to put two fish in it :biggrin:,

        I only started looking last night made a offer on a preformed £30 that wasn't excepted then spotted this, at least with the liner i can make it the shape i want it.

          Martin not bad mate...you can get some good stuff on Gumtree if you add your area :thumbsup:

              I had a change of heart with the liner and didn't pick it up, i am back on the lookout for a preformed.

                  Reason being before i go any further with clearing the area its going to be full of roots theirs a two foot wide + tree stump here so i will raise the pond up slightly rather than break my back digging lots of roots out [​IMG][​IMG]:dbgrtmb:

                      I am like that with my back before i pick a spade up ive suffered with it on/off from my early 20s, i can still graft but avoid it when possible :)

                          Hi Luci, no joy yet i will be buying used and only wanted to spend £30 theirs a couple of nice ones local to me for £50 worth every penny but i am in no rush just made a £30 offer on this one see what happens its been on a while so if they still have it they might except my offer :fingers crossed:
