        Today I am grateful for life... just had sad news that the baby lamb I was with yesterday died during the night, talk about depressing. Poor little mite - it had been born as a triplet and the mother rejected it and over night it died despite being bottle fed. It lived just one day :( I feel so sad. Just shows how fragile life is.

              I was feeling quite despondent with the heat. For some reason I decided to go up the garden to look into the pond - why, when it's 33c/89f, and in full sun, I don't know...

              ...but there, in the shallows over the pebble beach, were two baby pond-skaters!!:wub2:
