Barrel Pond Advice

    No, I haven't. It has been burnt inside, and the burnt pieces of wood flake off easily. Hadn't thought about giving it a scrub, was just thinking about exposure to the elements. To be honest it's been on the back burner recently. Haven't even got a site yet!

      It looks lovely mate so far and i :wub2:seeing lilies in them...it's looking for a good selection of logs now like you stated ....update please when you get them :thumbsup:

        Update on the planter.

        The pygmy water lily Helvola has flowered, I'd given up on it but today it opened and there may even be another one coming.:smile:
        The Water Chestnut and Water Soldier plants aren't doing so well maybe the planter gets too warm being so small, although it probably helps the blanket weed.:frown:

          For such a small body of water...I think you've done exceptionally well there..great choice of plants....

                What are your plans for a pond/pool when it come time to upgrade....staying small or going large.
