#2 Looks like a stragly Bay Tree - crush a leaf and smell it.

#3 Could be Periwinkle (that's finished flowering). Did it have blue flowers a ehile ago? If do google Periwinkle or Vinca

 

The one on the right w pink flowers is weigela.

 

Just came back to this thread to say the flowering shrub/tree is weigela but beaten too it by a week or so! Stumbled upon it looking for something else on line.

The other straggly bush unfortunately is not a bay tree as its leaves have no scent, and are not as thick. Even more boring looking if that helps.
