N.B. Might be a bit different in BD GCs that haven't recently changed from Wyevales.

I filled up of packs of Garlic, were £3, now £1.50, 4 packs = £6, using a £5 Wyevale voucher ('new' BDs formerly Wyevales are accepting them) gets it down to only £1 for 4 packs of Garlic - bargain, going back again (and again, etc.).

And they'll all be planted in containers filled with Jacks Magic, only £1.99 for a 60L bag after using a Wyevale voucher.

You can go off people rapidly @Scrungee:). Don't have these stores anywhere remotely close as I would be buying up lots of Jack's Magic AND the garlic if it were feasible. Jess I would hardly bother to grow my own garlic if you could be able once a year to buy at that price.

I could buy 6 bulbs of garlic (3x 2 bulb packs) for only 10p if I added something costing only 60p (more chocs.) to them, rather than another £1.50 pack, 5p/bulb would be a bargain compared to supermarket prices, but BD might pick up on us constantly going through the tills, plus there's relatively better savings to be had, plus gardening is my major pastime

Got some more packs of Garlic (up to 16 now) and some Daffs.

The 6Kg nets of Daffs are price tagged at £14.00, but scan at £10, then get reduced by 50% to £5.00, then less a £5 Wyevale voucher they work out free - my favourite price!

All garlic, onion sets and Autumn planting bulb packs now £1.

We used the latest December Wyevale £5 off no min spend vouchers (expire 24th Dec) that they take at some stores [1] to 'buy' 5 packs for £5, less voucher = free (my favourite price), but it's better than free as you get back 25p in loyalty points (50p for over 60's on x2 points Tues), so you actually get paid to take the stuff away!

For example, 1 x £8 pack of Narcissi and 4 x £5.99 packs of Tete a Tete (was £31.96) for nothing and 25p in loyaly points gained. Hoping for a fantastic spring display in our front garden next year.

Not those prices at my local Wyevale, only 50% off, making the bulb packs up to £10. I spent my voucher on cyclamen that I didn’t need but will make a nice table decoration over Christmas.

Not even reduced by anything yet at my local Wyevale.

Back to Blue Diamond again this morning, bought 3 x £8 packs of short Daffs and 2 x £5.99 packs of Tete a Tete bulbs, £35.98 full price reduced to £1 each x 5, paid with £5 voucher so all they cost was 5p for a carrier bag, and I got 25p in points added to my card (so got paid 20p to take them away). Then I did the same with some other stuff and do did Mrs Scrungee and our daughter.
