          We have a display of orchids in the lounge all year round, they get changed with others "resting," on a kitchen windowsill.

          We've had this little tree for about ten years, it's very slow growing. It was on the landing of the stairs but was getting a bit too big.

          These replaced it, they're artificial, but you have to touch them to realise they are.

          These are our "hanging baskets" in the hall. Twenty years ago I drilled three holes in two ceramic pots so they could be suspended on chains from the ceiling at the top of the stairs. I put noggins between the rafters in the loft to take the weight.

            Snap @Doghouse Riley - we seem to share a taste when it comes to white orchids :biggrin:

            For some reason my Dendrobium only has flowers in the lower parts of the stems, so they are nearly hidden behind the small Phalenopsis. But they are very fragrant :)
