Can anyone id this fungus please? Should I scrape off and bin? Are any fungicides good? I've only heard of the one for roses etc. Any advice welcome. I don't know what the tree was. Thank you! P1040696.JPG P1040696 (2).JPG

It looks like a form of Bracket Fungus to me but I could be wrong.

Agree a bracket fungus. I'd just leave it as it's part of the natural recycling of the tree stump.
A fungicide won't have much effect as the brackets are the spore producing part of a fungus breaking down the stump.

Its just an old tree stump being composted the natural way.
The fungus is breaking it down and I'd leave well alone, in a few years it will be gone and recycled.
