    OK at the moment but the winds will pick up again later and the heavy rain is due to return. Mild with a high of 13C.

      Hi,

      6pm yesterday I thought it was the end of the world; Blackie & Gale were here and were angry; Blackie was putting down a huge amount of rain whilst Gale was slamming it into the bungalow front; rain and wind is normal but it was mad last night; it's forecast normal for today so I can relax and enjoy the workshop. :yahoo:

                It's okay folk, I am empathising with you ... it is grey and drizzling here and 14c. Forecast same through tomorrow and we have plans for lunch with friends so that will be indoors.

                          Thanks for cheering me up Upsy; I hope you don't get too wet and you too have a brilliant day. :dbgrtmb: Unfortunately this is the kind of weather we have most of the year apart from when we have blizzards and two days of summer assuming we have a long summer. :heehee:

                          I've just enjoyed Blackie's company whilst I popped down to the workshop to take a measurement then bring the emptied wheelie bin up. I was amazed this morning to find the wheelie bin still upright so it's not all bad.

                          The long range weather forecast states today will be the warmest but with it being so wet and dark I'll even give the workshop a miss.:sad:

                                Still not a lot of rain, but the winds have still continued to blow. The temperature, however, has risen to a very mild 54f, while the pressure has dropped further from 970hpa to 964hpa.:coffee:
