What, you mean that on a very odd occasion, something happens to someone that they didn't expect to happen? Unforseen reactions and side-effects? Well I never.... and there was me thinking that everything that had been approved was completely safe.

Is it? I’d have thought it was a vital service. Easy to imagine a scenario whereby a faulty/fake batch of defective medicine has been circulated. Folks in receipt of such would need to be contacted. Would you expect anything less?

Think I'd take it back to the chemist and let them sort it out.
Last place I would think of reporting it to, as an individual, is this website.
Guessing response would be very slow via this method if we were talking about a faulty batch.

Might be a good idea to read about all the stuff it covers other than side effects of medicine and vaccines

            Yellow Card Scheme - MHRA

Side effect to a medicine, vaccine, herbal or homeopathic remedy

Incidents involving a medical device including diagnostic tests, software and apps

Defective medicine (not of an acceptable quality)

Falsified or fake medicine or medical device

Side effect or safety concern for an e-cigarette

The veil of secrecy has been lifted, its just another test area, but they are calling it a "walk in" one,;), so dont even think of driving there, because you cant park, its taken up the whole car park.
Its also next door/ on top of, the nursery where mums take their kids and the youth club, not sure if they will now have to shut?
You can only go there if you have symptoms, so just another place that confirms the bleeding obvious.

Nah, he would want a level playing field in terms of information given, and would of course want us to provide him with more information than he would give us in return...

Shops were charging £5 for 150ml (£33.33/Litre), when it's now available for £3/Litre. Even cheaper (but sometimes not so convenient) to use a bar of Tesco 'Value' soap and tap water.
