Still picking from the polytunnel plants, although only green fruits now. I left one 2019 plant last year to see what it produced in 2020. The chillies were a bit disappointing, so will probably get rid of this year's and start again in March.

End of January, will sow mine, Jalapeno, Scotch Bonnet red, Bhut Jolokia, and a new one, released in the UK as Armageddon, but is also known as Carolina Reeper 3, and on the milder side, Apache, Cayenne, and Fresno supreme. Top tip, if you get a glut, make Chilli Vodka, same process as sloe gin, but with Chilli and Vodka of course, warms your cockles on a cold evening.

Sown mine on boxing day. Reaper, Bhut jolokia, devil's tongue, manzano, 7 Pot Yellow, and another I don't remember the name. Shineybrids and ring of fire will go in Pots right away instead of soil blocks. I'll start those in the next few days :)

Think I’ll bring some compost indoors to warm and dig the propagator and grow lights out this weekend. Can’t wait to start :)

I sold six plants yesterday and now the last two that are still reasonable are being picked up today :blue thumb:. That will be the start of our sales for charity this year. Last year they got just over £4,000 although we weren't able to open the garden. Already have orders for the new crop and, also, this week have already received orders for 150 runner bean plants. :hapydancsmil:

Good Idea I can put a bag in the cupboard with the tumble dryer for a couple of days as it has sat in the GH and is probably frozen solid.

I have ordered Royal Black, Lemon drop and Cyklon. Never grown any of them before and I and awaiting the seeds arrival. I will set up the propagation area this weekend and sow ASAP.

Ordered Razzamattaz and Ring of Fire from southdevonchillifarm.co.uk yesterday, new supplier and varieties for me, anyone tried these? Any advice on growing and cooking?
                          Thanks.

                              Royal black looks interesting.
I'm just wondering if you need to select the dark leaved seedlings?

Trays have gone into the propogator today to warm up for sowing this weekend - this year I'm repeating Apache, which is a firm favourite every year, and trying Vampire and Pikito for the first time.
