    He did, at one time, mention where in his garden he was going to put it as he commented on some of our suggestions that they wouldn't suit that part of his garden.

          Yes, he did say that, but he was waiting for the statue to be ready. He intended driving there to get it when they would eventually open up Wales to people from outside the country.

                              As mentioned in the notice folks, Eddy's chosen charity was Motor Neurone Disease Association - whilst we don't have a mechanism as a forum to collect donations, if you wish to make a charitable donation in his memory please do so directly to the charity.

                                I'm fighting tears here after seeing Eddy's chosen charity. Eddy and I became personal friends when we discovered that both his wife Shirl (as she like to be called) and my late father both succumbed to Motor Neurone disease much too early in their lives. It is such a cruel disease.
